The Villa

Rüya Bedava
The villa is built over three floors. Each of the four bedrooms has its own balcony and en-suite facilities, with views down the valley towards Hisaronu and Olu Deniz, and the horizon in the distance. Each balcony overlooks the private pool which is heated in the winter.
Lounge, Kitchen & Dining Areas
As you enter the villa, the ground floor consists of a fifth bathroom containing that all important downstairs toilet and sink. The open plan living consists of lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge has a large flat screen Smart TV, positioned on the wall in front of a comfy sofa. Sliding doors open up on to the patio and pool.
A large dining table and chairs separates the kitchen from the sliding doors to the patio and pool.
The modern, fully-fitted kitchen includes integrated appliances, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine in a cupboard under the stairs, all the amenities you would expect at home are provided.
Gardens, Private Pool & BBQ Area
Either from the lounge area or dining area, sliding doors open on to the large gardens, the main focal point being the welcoming pool to cool down during the day and enjoy a late-night swim. There is plenty of room around the pool itself with eight modern sun beds to laze on.
The patio also has a table and chairs, perfect for either enjoying alfresco breakfast, or an evening BBQ once the sun starts to set. Yes, there is even a large BBQ for you to cook on and enjoy!
All bedroom linens, towels, kitchen equipment and sun loungers for eight are included (PLEASE NOTE: You will have to bring your own beach towels).
All cleaning is included in the price, so no need for all the chores you have to do at home. Cleaners will be in to do the arrival clean, once during your stay (2-week holidays only), and at the end of your holiday, to get the villa ready for the next guests. The pool will be cleaned daily except for Sundays.
Top Floor
The top floor has two twin bedrooms, both en-suite and both with sliding doors leading out to two large balconies which link together.
First Floor
The first floor has two bedrooms, both with king size beds and both en-suite. One en-suite has a bath tub with shower inside. Both have sliding doors to their own balcony overlooking the pool.
